Transferring your skills to help support people during COVID-19 Pandemic

Become a worker with Careseekers
With the recent escalation of the COVID-19 outbreak to Pandemic status, the need for social distancing is even more necessary for older Australians and some people with disabilities however the need for their essential services to continue is extremely important for their physical and mental well-being.
We understand that many people will also find themselves out of work in the coming months due to social distancing leading to the cancellation of travel and entertainment and events.
We believe that many of the workers in such industries (as well as others) have  transferrable skills to be able to provide some of the aged care and disability support that will be required.  This will be to provide additional services needed, like running errands or phone support, and to bolster the workforce so that if existing frontline workers are not able to work, there is a secondary workforce ready to step in.
